A neighborhood favourite since it started in 2013, Chatter House has gone up a several notches in the past year. While the plush interiors that give this bar its Irish feel remain the same, the menu has seen tweaks. Expect wooden tables, leather seating and vintage posters in a place where the focus remains on guzzling beers over a game of foosball. They’ve also introduced offers like Monday Margaritas and Thursday Jameson where one can drink the spirit for cheaper than usual. Cocktails have never been their forte, but new numbers like Green Tea Bourbon Cooler with mint were better this time around, while The Mist with vodka, fresh peaches, pineapple, rose water and lime juice was a tropical beach drink we would save for summer. The food menu has abundant fried goodness and their Onion Rings remain the crispiest of all. Want something heartier? The Blue Cheese Naan with Dal Makhani Shots really impressed us. Thursday is Karaoke Night, so make a reservation before heading here.
