IAF is a mixed media art fair that was started in 2011 in Mumbai. After five successful editions there, the festival was also taken to Seoul in 2014 and this year is the first time IAF will be hosted in the Capital. Recognising the rich art history and the numerous art galleries that Delhi boasts of, the festival will be spread across four days and will showcase collections by both major and mid-level galleries as well as emerging, independent artists.
The aim of the Delhi edition of the festival is make art affordable, both for exhibitors and collectors. A total of 40 galleries from across India will be participating in the festival and exhibiting the works of over 350 established as well as emerging artists.
