Catch some mid-week music with Summer House Café which will be hosting a gig by The Vinyl Records, the indie rock/new wave/post punk ensemble. Formed in 2010, the all-girls band features Cheyyrian Bark on lead vocals and keytar, Banu Jini on guitar and vocals, Minam Tekseng on bass and vocals and Mithy Tatak on drums, percussions and vocals. Inspired by bands/artists like Joan Jett, The Clash and The Strokes, The Vinyl Records re-create the magic of 70s and 80s tunes.
The Pilgrim, a six piece rock roll band, will also be performing at this gig. They recently released their debut EP titled Saturnalia.
