CITRUS OCEAN
Ingredients:
Vodka – 60 ml
Orange – 1
Lemon juice – 10 ml
Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Cloves – 6
Method:
Chop the orange into big slices and muddle them with lemon juice, cloves and sugar. Gently shake with vodka and strain in a glass with ice. Garnish with a large orange slice and serve.

GUAVA MOJITO
Ingredients:
White Rum – 60 ml
Guava – 1
Mint Leaves – 8-10
Lemon chunks – 6
Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Soda can – 1
Guava juice – 20ml
Method:
Muddle the chopped guava, lemon chunks and mint leaves in a glass and then fill it up with crushed ice. Top it with guava juice and soda and your delicious guava mojito is ready to be served!

HOT APPLE CIDER
Ingredients:
Aged Rum – 45 ml
Cinnamon Syrup – 15 ml
Cinnamon sticks – 3 numbers
Orange bitters – 5 drops
Hot Apple Juice – 150ml
Method:
In a tall stem glass drop a few cinnamon sticks and cinnamon syrup, fresh lime juice, orange bitters and aged rum and stir well. Fill with hot apple juice. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.

LIVE FOREVER
Ingredients:
White Rum – 60 ml
Curry leaves – 8-10
Ginger slices – 3-5
Lime juice – 30 ml
Sugar syrup – 20 ml
Sparkling water – 30 ml
Crushed ice
Method:
Take a hi-ball glass, muddle curry leaves and ginger slice first and later add the rest of the ingredients. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Mix everything together, pour sparkling water to top up and serve.

HOT TODDY
Ingredients:
Black Rum – 45 ml
Hot Water – 120 ml
Honey – 10 ml
Fresh lemon juice – 10 ml
Indian spices – black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger
Method:
Combine all the ingredients with hot water and keep for 2-3 minutes. Strain and serve warm in a brandy balloon glass. Garnish with orange slice and cloves.
