The special menu comprises of Amuse Bousch (Potato spiral with Edamame furikake, Smoked Pumpkin Soup), Appetizer with a glass of White Wine (Diver caught pan grilled scallop, miso mustard sauce Asparagus wrapped with zucchini and cream cheese Chirashi seafood salad), Sushi, Mains with a glass of wine (Salmon, Tuna and home smoked yellowtail Nigiri/ Pickle pimentos, Avocado and smoked tomato and cheese Nigiri) and a trio of dessert - Apple pie, Green Tea Cake, Chocolate Fondant and a lot more.
