Last year’s sleeper hit G Bar is a tiny club by Delhi standards, but became popular because of its late night license. Alas, that wasn’t enough to keep the city interested since the service and crowd quality dwindled over the last few months. Their entry charges vary on special nights when they host guest DJs who usually spin Bollywood hits, but while earlier you couldn’t even see across the dance floor, now you start noticing the tired velvet booths and old school marbled bar. Usual orders are for bottles or straight drinks with mixers, but the bar whips up signatures like the G-Bar Martini and the Good Night Kiss apart from a range of staple spirits. If you get the munchies, there are Spring Rolls and BBQ Chicken Wings, but the kitchen shuts early. Go here only if you’re in the area or a hotel guest.
