India#39;s biggest tattoo festival is back with a bang, and this time it’s loaded with all new exciting mix of tattoos, music, magic, madness and more. An initiative by two of the best known tattoo artists of the country - Lokesh Verma and Sameer Patange, HTF has a range of activities, artists (both national and international), booths, entertainment and experts lined up across these three days.
Some of the renowned artists partaking, include names like – Jay Freestyle, Stepan Negur, Fred, Bez 666, Jurgis Mikalauskas, Rain Wu, Fiona Coogan, to name a few.
