While the former is a teenage rebel, the elder one is about to began her medical school. Fatima has a weak hand at French language and so is the case when it comes to deal with her daughters. The story unfolds when she gets injured at work and writes a letter to her girls in Arabic, expressing emotions and thoughts; she was unable to in French.
