This Children#39;s Day, treat your kid to a two day special story telling session at - Kathakar International Storytellers Festival. Ghummakkad Narain travels back with the 6th edition of Kathakar, with morning session for school children, afternoons for NGO#39;s and evening sessions for general public.
The festival brings together storytellers Sarah Rundle, Katy Cawkwell and Giles Abbott from the UK and Spice Arthur 702 Kamishibai group from Japan. From India there will be Dastan-goi and storytellers from Kerala.
Spanning across three days, the festival will feature artists and stories like - Ekatma life and journey of Deendayal Upadhyay, Stories from Turkey and Iraq by Sarah Rundle, Tin Soldier by Spice Arthur Kamishibai group , Give and Take and informal discussion on what may work for your storytelling with Naomi Mori and Katy Cawkwell, The Boy and His Horse by Katy Cawkwell, and more.
