As a pre launch celebration of his album ‘Connected’, the live electronica producer Don Bhat will be touring across six cities across India. Regarded as one of India’s definitive live electronica producers, this will be the release of his third album. During his gig in Delhi, Don will be performing live with Toymob and Anand.
Connected, sees the versatile artist continue his sonic experiments in a manner that’s assured and at peace with his genre-agnostic approach. Working with his favourite collaborators - vocalist Toymob aka Ashhar Farooqui, percussionist Anand Bhagat and Indian classical musician and sarangi player Suhail Yusuf Khan, the album presents an effortless mix of different tempos, and of different genres. The album’s themes cover modern day relationships, the current political environment and contemplative lyrics about life and humanity.
