The menu has been designed to present a variety of Christmas food ranging from Chicken Liver Parfait, Smoked Chicken, White Wine Poached Pears (Handpicked farm-fresh mesclun mix, crumbled blue cheese and tossed in strawberry vinaigrette), Savoury Roast Red Bell Pepper Cheesecake (Served on a bed of arugula strawberry salad with candied walnuts balsamic dressing), Vegetable Pot Pie (The wholesome Christmas pie filled with vegetable and served with tossed beans, almonds and purple cabbage sauerkraut), Turkish Roast Chicken Leg, Ouzi Rice Pilaf (a Turkish preparation of roast chicken, marinated with handmade Turkish spices and served with ouzi rice pilaf), Spice Roast Lamb Shoulder (Warm spice-roasted shoulder of baby goat, served on a bed of root vegetables and mushroom cassoulet)to highlight a few.
