Indulge into an exclusive ‘Earth Menu’ by Chef Sujan S, as they feature a pre-fixed seven-course tasting menu for dinner inspired by the earth. Chef de cuisine Sujan S and his head Chef Dhruv Oberoi brings a special menu, ready to take you on a gastronomical journey filled with the delicate, ephemeral flavours of the season and fresh ingredients sourced from around the country.
The seven course menu is split in - starter, soup, salad, sorbet, pasta/ risotto, mains, dessert and petite 4. Some of the key ingredients used are: Indian root veggies such as - beetroot and kohlrabi. Season’s special citrus - mandarin, heirloom tomatoes, microgreens and edible flowers for garnish.
