Bringing forth an exemplar of fusion cuisine and food traditions from across the globe is the Peruvian Food Festival at Townhall. From the many traditional dishes from across the globe some highlights include - Ceviche, Tiraditos, and Anticuchos among many others, amongst which one can try Ceviche Antiguo made with the freshest yellow fin Tuna, Tiradito A La Augusto made from fresh Kampachi fish flown in from Japan, and the quinoa a’la Espanola a delicious salad made from the Peruvian staple Quinoa.
While the food is done under the supervision of Chef Augusto the bartenders are preparing some heady concoctions including the famous Pisco Sour.
