The East Asian Festival will display - traditional Rice and Curry Bar with favourites like Mushroom and Glass Noodle, Yellow Curry with Red Rice, Indonesian Coconut Curry with Wild rice, Burmese Eggplant Curry with Sticky rice and Jackfruit and Star Anise Red Curry with Jasmine rice. And dishes like Roti Canai which is a Malaysian flatbread served with either a potato or chicken curry, Chicken Satay and Tofu Satay with Peanut dipping sauce and Tibetan Thukpa, to name a few.
