The traditional festival is a gala affair that includes eating and drinking with family and friends while participating in festivities such as race dragon boats. A special limited menu dedicated to zongzi, has been introduced to include fillings such as Edamame and Vegetarian Duck, Pork Belly and Shiitake Mushroom and many more. Wine soaked Water Chestnut and Mango Cake with Sauvignon Sorbet and the Citrus Spritz cocktail are other options available in the special menu.
