A musical adaptation of the novel Hard Times by Charles Dickens, written over 160 years ago, this play is the story of Louisa and her brother Tom, who are raised by their father who owns a school and believes in making children strictly disciplined and equivalent of a robot. Louisa is a free-spirited girl and does not share the same vision. The plot intensifies when Louisa is married against her wishes to the friend of her father and her brother finds a job as a bank clerk.
Note - the play would be performed at 7 pm on 21st May and 5 pm on 22nd May.
