The second edition of master class hosted by Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon is back to train aspiring chefs aged between 7- 15 years. The Masterclass led by Chef Amit Dash, Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon and his culinary team will demonstrate around 30 dishes out of which 10 will be prepared by the young participants. Flavours and cuisines of all kinds will be incorporated into the class such as Indian, Mexican, Asian, Italian alongside baking and special chocolate making sessions. And each class will be followed a delicious lunch.
The month long culinary experience will conclude with a Chefs Cook Off where the dishes curated by the Junior Chefs will be judged by the Executive Chef himself and the winner will be awarded a weekend stay at the hotel.
The classes will be held only twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday.
