Back on popular demand, Gastronomica Kitchen and Bar brings to town a night of mystery with a food and drinks menu inspired by Absinthe, one of the world’s most elusive drinks. Indulge into a night unlike any other with Absinthe, great live music and delicious food, as the green fairy takes over.
The décor will be all green keeping in mind the Absinth theme. The menu will include dishes like – Chicken Juiverie, absinthe infused pizza, Ratatouille with absinthe reduction; while drinks include – Girlfriends Kiss (pineapple muddled with bell peppers Tabasco and absinthe), Judgment Day (brandy and absinthe collaborate with lemon and kaffir lime leaves), Sumit’s Poison (named after the owner, a absinthe frappe mint juleps), and more.
