Raise your hands for a good cause as The ‘Zine hosts an afternoon and evening for the welfare of underprivileged children. Bandstand will see a series of events this Sunday starting from poetry readings, standup comedy and music performances. Indraneil Chaudhury, Devyani Mahajan, will be participating in the spoken word poetry while Mayank Choudhary will be playing out a musical evening.
All proceeds of the event will go to Seema Chawla, who has taken upon herself to tutor around 80 slum kids in Lucknow, and providing them with new uniforms, bags, stationery, and other items every year, along with cooking one meal for them every day.
