The play is an adaptation of Munshi Premchand’s story of the same name. It is the story of boy whose elder brother is studying in a boarding school and has flunked the ninth standard twice. When he joins the same boarding school, his brother strictly monitors his every activity and starts treating him very harshly. The plot intensifies when the younger brother performs well in his class and sees the opportunity of studying in the same class as his elder brother.
