Bandstand is hosting a special Thursday night to mark William Shakespeare#39;s 452nd Birthday. The popular band Jass B#39;stards will be joined by various dancers, actors and other players who will be interpreting Shakespearian poems and sonnets through dance, music and song.
Delhi based band Begum specialising in 11th century seduction sounds will also join in for a musical performance. The band consists of Tushar Mohan on bass/samples ,Karan Singh on drums and keys and Kartik S Pillai on guitars and vocals.
