Prism Theater Society and Harfkaar Foundation presents a theater festival of William Shakespeare’s play. The festival is three days long and will run six plays.

This contemporary play shows the unconditional love bond between father and a son which slowly withers with passage of time. The drama highlights how son outgrows the love for his father as he gradually grows and how the father still is ready to do all sacrifices for his son. This emotional drama also portrays the condition of senior citizen in this country.

This play is contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare#39;s drama Hamlet. The story is about a JNU student who recently lost his father. The boy Hemant is visited by an apparition in the form of his father who has only recently been murdered. Hemant finds out that it is his Uncle who has murdered father and then married his mother. The rest of the play is about Hemant#39;s attempt at avenging his dead father and getting his Uncle to confess to his crime.

The play revolves around the idea of love and desire while the society creates obstacles for the lovers. Everyone knows about Adam and Eve, who ate the apple and fell in love with each other. What if Adam and Eve start their journey from Haryana? Will the snake still misguide them? Will they find the apple this time? Will they eat the apple or apple will eat them? What if the snake eats the apple? What if apple eats the apple?
