The evening will showcase a solo Sufi Kathak performance by Khwaish Sharma, student of Kalashram, followed by original compositions by Bramhanaad, a band of young musicians, a dance theatre performance portraying the story of the transformation of a cruel and much hated queen into an enlightened and peaceful spirit, and a Qawwali performance by Niazi Nizami Bandhu, and internationally acclaimed qawwals from Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia will draw the evening to a conclusion. A narrative sequence will bring the acts together and trace the soulful sojourns of Sufis and their love affair with the Almighty.
