Epicentre brings to you an evening of Kathak recital and classical music rendition. Witness a Kathak performance choreographed by Aditi Mangaldas and carried out by Rachna Yadav. The musical performance in the evening will be composed by Samiullah Khan.
‘Samvet’ is a convergence of the five elements of nature that fuse to shape the entire world, and do so in absolute harmony. Rachana Yadav presents these five elements – Earth, Water, Wind, Fire and Space – using the five unique genres of literature, which happen to be Sanskrit shlokas, traditional bandish, ghazal, mantras and taraana, along with contemporary poetry.
