And of course, when in Banaras you can#39;t possibly miss the trail of rich dairy dishes, as the menu clearly indicates. Start off your sojourn with Chhene Ke Dahi Badey, and then go on to Khoya Matar Makhane Ki Subzi, Bhuni Kaleji and Chicken Ishtoo. An assortment of rotis such as Bajre, Missi and plain old Tawa alongside Khoye ka Parantha will keep you perfect company while the extensive dessert menu doesn’t disappoint with Pedas, Malaiyyo and much more.
