Qla is hosting a jazz music night with Alex Stuart and Mishko M#39;Ba. The former is an Australian guitarist inspired by modern jazz and rock musicians like Bjork and Grizzly Bear. As a musician, he also draws upon World music styles from countries of West Africa and a recent residency in India has helped him understand Indian classical music better.
M’Ba is a composer, arranger, producer, bass guitarist and pianist who has performed with noted artists like Lucky Ali, Kartick Gotam and others. Joining them will also be Adam Matthew Teixeira (drums), Warren T Walker (saxophone) and Nishad Pandey (guitar).
