Le Bistro Du Parc is going to conduct this unique France Food Festival, where you get to witness delicacies from across 5 continents, prepared by 1500 chefs, all under one roof. Spread across two days, Good France unites chef from various corners of the world solely for one prime purpose – celebrate the fineness of French Gastronomy.
The four course meal include - Watermelon, Berry Coulis for Amuse Bouche, Buckwheat Gauffres (Waffles), Avocado, Tomato confit or Scallop Carpaccio, Yuzu nage, Fennel fronds, Pomegranate for Entrees, Lemon Ricotta Walnut Ravioli, Lemon sauce or Confit Lamb du Parc, Jus or Burgundy braised Boeuf Short Ribs with Polenta, Caramelised Onions for Plats, and for desserts you can chose between Cardamom Crème Brûlée and Fondant au Chocolat, Quatre Epices.
