The Olive Bistro has designed a special package, to make your Valentine’s Day extra special this year. The chef’s have created a special menu, complete with a candle light meal, and special dishes like - Made for Each Other Salad (Citrus curd, salmon salad, Philadelphia and green garlic flan, petit salad and pesto oil); Love at Large (Roasted spring chicken’s breast and leg marinated with freshly mixed za’atar herb mix, served with grilled zucchini and yellow squash, chicken gizzard and wild mushroom cassoulet, filled with fresh hand-rolled gnocchi dumplings); An Evening in Paris (Trio of ice creams topped with meringue, gratinated for a brief time, and flambéed with brandy) and Sweetheart (Bomb of chocolate served with hot chocolate fondue, bits of seasonal farm-fresh fruits and micro-minute amaretto cake) to name a few.
